What is the difference between de facto segregation and de jure segregation?

de jure segregation brings people into the mainstream of society.
de facto segregation is discrimination in employment, but not in education.
de facto segregation exists even though it is not required by law.
de jure segregation is legal under the constitution, while de facto segregation is not.
