Ralph and Piggy agree that the highest priority is order, laws and the maintaining of a signal fire while Jack believes that fishing, action and fun should be prioritized over health , security and future planning. Near the end of the novel, even Ralph is tempted by Jack’s authoritarian regime, constantly forgetting why the fire and rescue is so important. overall, he got his ideas across to the readers by conveying the message by nature.
