Six students were looking at a drop of pond water through a microscope. They were amazed to see many different types of tiny unicellular organisms moving around in the drop of water. The students wondered what they would see if they had a more powerful microscope. They wondered how the insides of the unicellular organisms compared to the insides of multicellular animals. This is what they said: Lanny: β€œI don’t think they have any of the organs animals have.”
Dorothy: β€œI think they have a few of the organs animals have.”
Nick: β€œI think the only organs they have that animals also have are the digestive organs.”
Brian: β€œI think they have all the organs that most animals have, they are just smaller.
