ahhh This is a case in which apparently students can appeal to the fulfillment of the First Amendment that states the Freedom of Speech but I think that we have to remember that in any case our rights finish when we interfere with other peoples's rights.

I believe that schools, teachers and parents must get an agreement about what is good and bad for students because they are not mature enough to decide by themselves.
