Two friends play a game to see if one can spot the true statements when the other gives them a list of truths and lies mixed together. (these friends are logicians, and they are very particular about formal logic. they think it’s fun.) the first friend challenges the second, saying: “1, i’m not in love with you; 2, exactly two statements on this list are false; 3, exactly three statements on this list are false.” which of these statements is true?
