a) p(x)=(x-5)(x-2)(x)
 b) p(x)=(x+5)(x-2)
 c) p(x)= (x+5)(x+2)(x)
d) p(x)= (x+5)(x)

Also i was able to check the attached file from other sources:

x coordinates of intersection with x axis = 0 , -2,-5 factored form should be (x-r) where r is a root (x-0)(x-(-2))(x-(-5) x(x+2)(x+5)
