One day, Julius Caesar was trying to augment his encryption algorithm, and he thought of a brilliant idea: to use a random number shift between -5 and 4 (inclusively) on each character instead of using a constant shift throughout the entire string.

Before implementing this, he needed a way to generate random numbers, so he just asked the Oracle to tell him a random number.

To test, he recorded the first random number before actually starting his encryption:
