The waste management company argues that it can't justify a wage increase because productivity hasn't improved. How could the workers and company involved resolve this conflict? Working in a group of three, assign yourselves three roles: union representative, business owner, and mediator. Each person in the group should write a paragraph explaining his or her position based on the assignment.
