How did Solon change the Greek government

Solon changed the Greek government by making it much more organized, he re-arranged people into groups based on the tribes that there was. He also allowed people to enslave the citizens if they were in debt. He also created a social class by using the wealth of people and not their births and one more thing, he also let immigrants to vote if they earned it.
