answer: this article is about how german industrial production is weaker and how they were failing at everything from their power, to bring the percentage they had, higher. but in their roads they were walking, they found some barriers, tore them apart, and managed to bring the percentage back up to where the industry would die. the most recent data has shown us that the growth in the manufacturing sector slowing, and ifo institute had a monthly survey showing that their business sentiment improved in all places. other than manufacturing.
