How does stress effect the endocrine system?

Stress causes the body to release the hormone cortisol, which is produced by the adrenal glands also stress effects the immune system, the body can become vulnerable to infections.

When someone has stress they do many things such as stress eat.. and even suicide which is worse. It effects by making us do those things.

they both can be important it depends on how you view them. wanting love can consume someone it shouldn’t be forced or it won’t work. caring about love is just a acknowledgment of how love work. : )
