You could hire a video game bus and laser tag. I just went to a party myself that had about 30 people and those activities were included. As a guest there was much to do and it was fun for all ages. A movie theme could be nice. you could organise a movie theatre in a local park with a projector and play some movies.

what is the time of the party to be exact? because  if it was later in the night that may be a little difficult... just an idea...
