The delivery cues are the makers ( the specific symbols) that tells about the speaker should vary the speed, tonality, speak faster or slower during the speech.

These are marked on the words or on the phrase of the speech so as to indicate which part has to emphasized with what type of variation.

This also helps in better delivery of the speech as the need of remembering the variations on the parts of speech is not required with the use of delivery cues.

i’m writing a memoir and i’ve been given the great suggestion of placing a ‘sub-narrative’ within some of the chapters – sort of, what was going on with me in the grand scheme of things.

i was wondering how to format this so that it is very obvious we are stepping out the of story.

firstly is a change in font from serif to sans workable? i also use dashes for a scene change. was thinking of using a different scene-changer too.
