2. A converging duct is supplied by a gas (R=2078 J/kg. K & γ = 1.3). Determine Mach number at one section of 10 cm2 area where the pressure and temperature are 100 kPa and 15 oC while gas flows at 300 m/s. Assuming one-dimensional isentropic flow, find Mach number, pressure, area and velocity at exit of the duct where the gas has a temperature of -10 oC.
