Your actions may be involuntary, since you have no control over the environment outside, yet you are working voluntary inside your home, to be yourself. Your whole body may shut down if you put too much pressure on it, especially now. People are more likely to be prone to suicidal or laziness when life comes to staying at home all day in their bed. Our fears affect our immunity because we feel death. Right now, we’re in a state of realizing the situation, just like how a baby is born to the world.
