HELP PLEASE NOW!!Read each of the scenarios below and use the space provided for your responses. Scenario 1:

Dana is about to open her own desktop publishing business. Her business produces professional business documents such as flyers, brochures, print advertisements, posters, and a variety of other print and digital documents. Since she will be working from home, she will need to purchase the technology required to produce documents for her clients as well as for advertising her business. Because acquiring these tools is going to be expensive, it's important for her to understand how each item will fulfill a certain need for her business.

Part A: To help her conduct her research, Dana has created the following list of the technology she needs for her business:

Computer

High-resolution monitor

Desktop publishing software

Scanner

Color printer

Using this list, explain how each of the pieces of technology Dana intends to buy meet a specific business need. For example, a webcam would allow her to have online meetings with potential clients, and would also potentially save her money on physical travel and face-to-face meetings.
