Ok I would say look at the diagram. There should be one in some sort of form. from there you are able to determine the percentages. Also if it's in the form of a punnett square it should be relatively easy. if it was white vs black you have too first look at the traits of the parents.
let B - black and b - white (B is black BC it is dominant).
for example, P1 =Bb , p2 =Bb
then, BB - 25%, Bb - 50%, & bb - 25%.
if let's say one parent was BB, and the other was Bb then there is a 50/50.
