How does romeo and juliet have a similiar plot line to the film warm bodies?

I would assume if you are taking about that zombie movie, Warm Bodies would have a similar plot line because both are forbidden. 
Romeo cannot be with Juliet because of their family. Warm bodies, the two that end up together, in the beginning there was a difference between Zombies and humans - so they couldn't be together, and people disapproved with the relationship. I am not sure if that helps... or would be a good answer to the question. But good luck!
