I suppose it depends on your definition of nonsensical. I think in the meaning of nonsensical as in doesn't make sense in meaning, that's false, cause you can play all kinds of games where you can turn a word into an acronymic sentence (I once did this with , it was a masterpiece but I have to say didn't make any logical sense). In the sense where it doesn't mean anything at all, I feel like you can do that as well. Maybe in official documents things have to make sense, but in daily life, you can pretty much do whatever you want. Maybe clarify the sense you mean and I can edit the answer accordingly.
