When you need to be objective, what should you do with bias?

You should avoid bias completely. Being objective is about removing any bias and prejudice, including personal beliefs and opinions, and writing things as they are. An example would be saying that something is beautiful, when someone else might not think it is beautiful. This usage of the word beautiful would show that you are biased towards it.
