List and describe two situations in which you felt your communication or behavior with others was affected (positively or negatively) because of your self-concept and/or self-esteem

I did two positive ways:

First situation: my mom was mad at me and I didn’t really get to talk to her about it. So everytime I did talk to her about it she was always angry with me. When I finally got to talk to her and explain everything we were perfectly fine and it really helped and made me feel better. This was a situation where communication was very positive.

Situation 2: My friend said a mean thing to me and I didn’t know how to react. So, I was upset about it. They came to me and asked what was wrong and I talked to my friend about the situation. Once I talked to them I understood they didn’t really mean it and now everything is good. This is another situation where communication was good. It really helped knowing my friend didn’t really feel that way.

Willingness to take turns is one way that we are able to express ourselves in spoken language. taking turns requires verbal communication, and in doing so we are able to express ourselves. the answer would be d. spoken language is a way we express our attitudes.
