Nos artigo 23 e 24 da lei de diretrizes e bases da educação, encontramos além de outros componentes para o funcionamento da escola a frequência, que é obrigatória em todo o sistema educacional brasileiro. esta frequência, para tornar-se real nas escolas, necessita que a instituição submeta-a a três condições. com relação a essas condições, analise as sentenças a seguir: i- o item frequência deverá estar presente no regimento interno da escola. ii- a frequência deverá obedecer às normas de cada sistema de ensino. iii- a frequência deverá ser de 65% em todo o ano letivo escolar. iv- a frequência é de responsabilidade da escola e realizada continuamente.
