1. La Bandeja Paisa its a really filling dish. it contains white rice, cranberry beans, fried egg, chicharrón, chorizo, beef, fried ripe plantains, avocado, and arepa. it is so good. and the origin would be Columbia of course because it is there best dish that they have. 
2. Empanadas would be the second dish. It's like a tamale but it taco form. you can fill it with anything really, like pumpkin sauce, meat, rice or beans, or something sweet.
