This document serves the purpose of giving you an idea of what I will expect from your script Hola (capítulo Para Empezar)
Begin by
greeting your audience and
introducing yourself and spelling your name verbally in Spanish (no sign language required!).
State the date (whenever you wrote the script is fine), and
briefly describe the weather on the day you are writing your script.

¿Cómo eres? (capítulo 1B)
Describe what you are like. I will be looking to see you
use the verb “ser”, along with your
self description using adjectives.
Include a sentence with two negatives.
Please share what you are like according to somebody else, and
State something you like to do

Tu horario (capítulo 2A)
Tell me about your weekly schedule. Include
your current classes,
who teaches each of them,
share what your favorite class is, and
why. (Think interesante/fácil/divertida/práctic a, etc.)
Describe at least one of your teachers, using the verbo ser and adjectives, and use
At least one comparison (... más/menos … que …)

Tu sala de clases (capítulo 2B)
Describe your classroom (my classroom is a possibility, but so is your space at home, from which you take classes). Make sure to use
at least five prepositions (delante de, encima de, etc.)
El verbo estar

La comida (capítulos 3A y 3B)
Tell me about your favorite meal and what foods you like. Make sure to include
Los verbos beber y comer
what foods and beverage(s) you eat at favorite meal.
Mention at least two things you don’t like to eat in one sentence.
Give some lifestyle advice (what to eat or avoid, exercise recommendation)

Tu tiempo libre (capítulos 4A y 4B)
Describe some activities you like to do after school. Share
where you go (use the verb ir)
what you will do there
at what time you will go
include at least two of the latest adjectives, (such as cansado/-a, ocupado/-a, enfermo/-a, etc.), and
extend an invitation to come along to one of these activities.

La familia y la fiesta de cumpleaños (capítulo 5A)
Choose one family member to tell me about. Please include
their name and who they are in relation to you
their birth month
age
what they are like
how they like to celebrate their birthday
make sure to use the verb tener, as well as
at least two possessives you have learned about in this unit
