In Mexico, most people don't have access to internet connection. It's about 69% of the population, or 78 million Mexicans who don't have access to the Internet. So 75% of the students who enroll in primary school can't complete high school. Anyway, schools in México are working to increase the student/computer ratio.

It is common to play at least one sport in Spanish-speaking schools. There is a common subject in schools called "Educación física" where students practice a lot of sports like basketball, baseball, volleyball, soccer, etc. It is also common to do any exercise as well.

The education in Colombia is divided into three stages:

Nursery school. "Hogares Comunitarios", that translates into community homes, is a common daycare and nursery school in Colombia where children learn to read and write.

Manuel Maria Ponce was born in Mexico in 1882. He was a composer, music educator and scholar of Mexican music. His first piece called The dance of the Measles was composed at the age of 5.  Also, he was named organist at the Cathedral of Aguascalientes at the age 12.

Ernesto Lecuona was a famous Cuban composer and pianist who was born in 1895. He was born in Guanabacoa, Havana, Cuba. He started studying piano at an early age. He left Cuba because he had political differences with the Castro regime. In 1960, with the triumph of the communist revolution in Cuba, he moved to Tampa, USA.
