Yo en la mañana me tomo un liquado que esta echa de fresas, mango y agua, ahi algunos dias que me como una ensalada de fruta. En las tardes la majoria del tiempo me como un almuerzo saludable con ensalda y para la cena como arroz, trato de no comer mucho en la noche porque eso hara que suba de peso sin importar cuanto ejercisio aga.
