If a friend needs help or effected emotionally, they tend to isolate themselves, act differently, or start drinking or doing drugs a lot. They might use a depressing tone or loss interest in activities that they used to like. The signs that showed that a friend is mentally and emotionally effected or needs help are:
worrying or anxiety
Sad mood
Feelings of guilt, hopelessness or worthlessness
Thoughts of suicide or death
Use Drug
Neglecting self-care
sexual behaviours
Cutting or other self-injuring behaviours
