Which latin american country (brazil, mexico, cuba) has only one political party?

I believe the answer is: Cuba
The communist party of Cuba is acted as the official state party that become the sole political party which exist with legal recognition.
The party run based on marxist-Leninist model and allow the leader of the communist political party to reign supreme as the dictator in that country.
