4. He will be mindful so as not to step on anybody or lift them up without their assent; 
5. Once per month, if there are especially pressing messages the Emperor needs to send, Gulliver should convey the delivery person and his stallion to his goal and back once more; 
6. Gulliver will protect Lilliput against their adversary, the island of Blefuscu; 
7. He will assist laborers get stones to manufacture dividers and imperial structures; 
8. In two months, Gulliver will give the Emperor his estimation of how huge the island of Lilliput is; 
9. In the event that Gulliver watches these standards, the Emperor will give Gulliver nourishment, drink, and "access to our regal individual" (1.3.18) – at the end of the day, Gulliver will get the chance to invest as much energy as he needs with the Emperor. Fortunate person!
