Learned odor identification refers to the type of odor which influenced by environment. Usually not universal and specialized between each individuals (this make certain people love the smell of certain things)
Innate odor identification on the other hand, the type of odor identification that is universal and generally the same for all people

You can drink laxative, or  do this exercise when you are sitting in the bathroom on the toilet. to relieve  constipation  fast or in about 1 minute, pinch your nose after your usual exhalation. start holding your breath. but do not mouth breath during this just hold your breath.
