David is on summer break. He has $15 to spend for the day. He can either spend $12 to go to the movies, or $8 to go to the pool. He really wants to see the new movie coming out, but after buying a ticket he would only have $3 left. That isn’t enough money left over to buy popcorn which is $7. If he goes to the pool he will have enough money to buy a hot dog, drink, and ice cream. After considering both options he decides to go to the pool and wait for the movie to come out on DVD.
