Can someone pls help me asap? Thanks in advance! Pretend that you are the Prime Minister of Canada. You have not personally made any of the decisions relating to the creation or continuation of residential schools but you are now at the head of the government of Canada who did. As a representative of all Canadians, write a psalm lamenting the harm lived by Indigenous people in Canada. Use David's seven penitential psalms as your model (Psalms #6, 32, 38, 51, 102, 130, 143).

Your psalm, must contain a minimum of three stanzas and it just deal with the theme of broken relationship. The psalm will be written from a first person perspective where you are imagining yourself as Prime Minister and representative of all Canadians. You are writing your psalm on the theme of the broken relationship between God and his people in the aftermath of this great national sin and the hope of restoration.
