Please answer my questions, I'm really curious and have at least 4 about : 1) How do you find moderators and other personnel to talk to on here, and why isn't there a "moderator search system" or "a more intuitive help guide?

2) What are some of the responsibilities and expectations of moderators? Like what is the incentive for being a moderator?

3) Why do the rules regarding questions have to be so strict? Like what if it's a perfectly appropriate question that follows the guidelines, but isn't related to a specific school subject? I mean I know this app is usually for homework assignments, but why can't I ask other (appropriate) questions without them getting deleted?

4) If questions that don't align with pre existing subjects is the problem, then why can't there be more categories, for example a category called "miscellaneous" that can be used for non school related questions? Obviously if this were to be done there will still be a need for moderators to make sure questions aren't inappropriate or anything.
