One similarity and one difference between the governments of Germany and britain​

Now, both Germany and England are both heading towards being members of the same extranational entity the EU. One thing that might seem like a big difference is that the UK is a monarchy whereas Germany is a federal republic. But that's not such a mammoth difference when looking at the history at a larger scale.

the reason the welfare system causes so much of a burden on its recipients is because the welfare system does not give its recipients any real tools to actually get out of poverty. the welfare system has embedded poverty deeper into society and has made it harder and harder for people to escape poverty.

in other words, it stoped the poor, and now its making it worse.
