Write a summary of at least 300 words that includes: the name of the article, author, and publisher or site owner; a description of the problem; a discussion of how it relates to agriculture or natural resources; a discussion of potential solutions to the problem; and a discussion of your own ideas on the causes of and solutions for the problem.
