What words or phrases does rowlandson use that a detached objective historian would not use?

Mary Rowlandson was a British American author who is known for her work during colonial era when she was taken captive by the Native Americans.

She wrote that a native made her a shirt without paying her and by the looks of it, it made her think they used her as a slave. Moreover when once she asked for food from the natives, they denied it which made her believe they were greedy too. 

well its not not rising unemployment and falling inflation.
