Children should walk with adults until they are at least years old.

This depends on who's providing the theory but the best answer would be 8-10 years old. Of course, children start walking alone often even earlier, especially in societies where the raising children is not taken seriously or the children have high autonomy over their actions.

You can drink laxative, or  do this exercise when you are sitting in the bathroom on the toilet. to relieve  constipation  fast or in about 1 minute, pinch your nose after your usual exhalation. start holding your breath. but do not mouth breath during this just hold your breath.
