Bernadette not only takes a full schedule of classes at her college, but she also is involved in many clubs and other extracurricular activities. which aspect of hardiness does she exhibit?

The aspect of hardiness she is exhibiting would be commitment. Hardiness is the structure of the personality that comprises commitment, control and challenge that would function as resistance when in stressful environment. These three are buffers to stress. Commitment would pertain to the sense of committing on something that should be done which means that they accept that things are just part of life and they just have to do it. For control, people would tend to take control on things that they can control and not go outside their limits. While for challenge, it is the feeling of  having to learn something new and changing that makes them accept that these stressors are part of life and we just have to enjoy the ride. For Bernadette, her commitment in her studies allow her to be able to face the hardships she encounter.
