In current society, as the many protests conducted by the feminist movement show, those roles,which have been determined for many centuries in societies controlled by men, confer many privileges to men just for being so. Therefore, women claim for the end of their opression, for equality of men and women and for the end of those gender roles with dictate the type of attitude they must have in order to be femenine.
