The united sates is currently in negotiations with cuba to restore diplomatic relations. if that happens, how will it affect the diplomatic corps? people will be able to send more money to relatives in cuba. the united states will begin trading with cuba again. the united states will open an embassy and consulate in cuba. some travel restrictions with regard to cuba will be lifted.
