mikai is ready for his test in science. he gets nine hours of sleep the night before the test and wakes up to have a breakfast of yogurt and fruit. he walks into the classroom and takes a seat at the back of the class so he can be alone and avoid distractions. what can mikai do to improve his test-taking strategy?
a. eat more at breakfast and have something like pancakes.
b. drink coffee or soda with breakfast so he is more alert.
c. get less sleep; nine hours will make him too groggy.
d. sit in the front of the class or down the middle row.
