Survey Results Template.
Students: Complete and submit this template after you collect your surveys from at least five respondents. List the federal programs from your survey template in the top row. In each row that follows, copy the rankings from each survey taker. Be sure to note the name of each survey taker so you do not mix up the results. Then, for each column, add up the ranks for each federal program. Write the total score for each program in the bottom row. These totals give you an idea of how people in general would rate the federal programs in importance. The federal program with the highest score would be most important from your survey group.

There is an example of how to calculate the survey results at the bottom of this template.

If you were to conduct this survey again, what would you do different? Would changing the federal programs or number of survey takers change the results? Explain your response in complete sentences.
