Why is the living standard of people involved in agriculture low in Nepal give any four reasons​

Lack of education and widespread poverty has disabled Nepalese peasants from being able to increase production and productivity. Farmers are still unable to use appropriate agricultural inputs such as new techniques, improved seeds, fertilizers, insecticides, etc.
