In my opinion, it would be Barak Obama.

Donald Trump seems to always cause conflict or controversy during his presidency, and nothing he did during his term really stuck out to me. Joe Biden literally became the president yesterday so we would have to wait and see about that one, so the only thing I have is to choose between Obama and Trump.
