1.)There are advantages of globalization that include many diverse regions. It has developed economies around the world on a mutual basis and enhanced cultural exchanges. It also allowed financial transactions between businesses, altering the work paradigm. Nowadays, all people are residents of the planet. The origin of products has become secondary, and for certain services, geographical isolation is no longer an obstacle.

2.)The reduced incomes that are offered to employees are another negative aspect in globalisation. Exporters try to slash labor rates in order to survive in the global economy, and workers are denied a fair share of benefits because suppliers are still competing for cheaper labor.
