The Taj Mahal is recognized because of its remarkable grandeur and architectural value for a long time. Constructed in 1653, the Taj Mahal became named UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1982 and was appointed by the Mughal emperor to just be his favorite wife's tomb. It receives millions of visitors each year as a national emblem of India.

Taj Mahal's marble fantasy. What a beautiful thing it was! This can be said on the spot. All sides seemed white. The green glass bowls and the green springs of the hot Cyprus trees decorated their majestic splendor.

It's the step we've gone down. In the dark chamber, we located the grave of the King and the Queen. The Quran covered side walls with multicolored glass pieces and couplets. The four minarets were standing in every major edifice like watchmen.

At midday, we finished the Taj Mahal tour and returned. I loved very much my journey to the Taj Mahal. For many years it was one of the world's seven wonders. It was a truly unique event that provided us an idea of the glorious history of our country as well as its intellectual value.

panem is a communist totalitarian dictatorship where all the resources and how they are allocated belongs to the capitol. the districts exist only to provide goods and services for the capital and most of the citizens live in poverty. it is a police state where the "peacekeepers" use force and threats to keep the people under control. dissent is outlawed and those who disobey the law are executed, flogged, or turned into avoxes. the games are another means in which the ruling elite in the capitol exert their power over the districts. when reading the books i drew parallels between panem and the soviet union and north korea. in no way is panem capitalist. the people in the capitol are wealthy but the majority of them are involved in the government somehow. it was the same way in the former soviet union where bigwigs in the communist party and high ranking government officials were given access to goods, services, medical treatments not available to the general public. if you think panem has a capitalist economy you need to brush up on your economics.
