There's so many differences my dude. Emo and goth are from completely different subcultures basing themselves off from different music scenes and fashion. Emo music tends to be very emotional and angsty. My Chemical Romance is most famously attached to the label of emo but there's plenty of other emo musicians out there. Usually you see kids with emphasized fringes and bangs blah blah blah how do you not know this?? Goth music is most popularly defined by artists like Siouxsie and the Banshees, Bauhaus, The Sisters of Mercy and etc. Essentially these are alternative subcultures based around music which tie in certain elements of fashion and politics or history. If you really want to know the difference then I suggest you do some exploring in each scene because I can't really explain it all to you in one sitting
