How might the states’ diverse property requirements for suffrage influence citizens’ relationships to their governments?

In simple words, many states are working very strongly to restrict suffrage to a single population by enforcing voter ID criteria and rendering it impossible for different populations they would like to dis empower to receive them.

They do so by having the ID open mostly in DMV workplaces, for instance, and then shutting the DMV offices in minority areas. And so in some areas, they cap polling places and decrease the amount of workers, purposely producing long queues. Although they limit hours of service to periods of operating time.
