A federalism form of government can create a national (or federal) government that is very strong when compared to the state governments. In order not to give the federal government too much power, there are two (2) ways our Constitution gives the federal government limitations:

It could be anything, recent improvements in technology/telecommunication/internet have increased the pace of globalization.generally, it has something to do with technology. globalization means that people around the world are brought together through technology which speeds things up. so maybe some of those options could be correct. : )
