Summary about the whole paragraph:  Miantonomo's speech was that he wanted to get revenge for what the English did so he came together with his people and made a plan on what they were gonna do, and the plan was that he was gonna send people. So, when they were sent there they were told that when they saw three fires it was a 'signal' that the next day fall they would have to kill the men, women, and children. But, they had to keep the cows for provisions.
